Planning
Contact
us for a no obligation visit. We will review you organizational
needs and a written quote and terms will be prepared.
After the
contract is agreed to, you will be provided a questionnaire to
complete and any existing quality system documentation will be asked
to be sent to our offices.
Process
owners will be identified, web-based consulting sessions and an
ISO 9000 implementation plan will be agreed with them in the second visit.

Procedures developing
Our
consultants will work with your company representative to develop or
upgrade your quality manual and system procedures.
Our
on-line document sharing system will be available to a maximum of
fifteen process owners during the implementation phase to expedite
document changes, reviews and approvals.
When the
quality manual and system procedures are complete and approved we
will remove them from our system.

organization and a full audit will be conducted as part of our
