This two-day ISO 9000 training course is designed for personnel involved in internal quality auditing functions. The course will teach participants to:

This two-day ISO 9000 training course is designed for companies involved in implementing the ISO 9001.  Participants will learn how to interpret the appropriate ISO 9001 standard, how to develop an implementation plan and how to write a Quality Manual and related procedures for compliance with the standard. Case studies will be used to provide examples from various sectors. The course is designed for personnel involved with planning, implementing and documenting quality procedures and work instructions.
