Quality Management System Audits Performance

quality system audits
performance is conducted in accordance with the ISO 19011:2002
Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems
Auditing.
Audit
performance activities usually include an opening meeting,
interview, data collection and analysis, nonconformity reports, and
a closing meeting.

Quality Management System Audits Completion
|

Quality
system audits are complete when the audit report is prepared and submitted to the
customer. This activity usually takes place 48 hours after the
closing meeting.

Follow-Up Audit
|
| |
Quality
system audits are followed-up to verify that the corrective and preventive actions have
been effectively implemented. This audit is scheduled in accordance
with the corrective and preventive action plan prepared by the
audited organization and/or customer requirements.
