The purpose of this online six sigma black belt training course is to establish the basic groundwork for Six Sigma Certification projects. Participants will learn basic team building techniques, project management tools, and six sigma metrics.

In this module of the online six sigma black belt training program, participants will learn and apply process analysis tools, measurement system analysis concepts, basic probability theory,  and probability distributions.

In this module of the online six sigma black belt training program, participants will learn and apply process characterization, exploratory data analysis, statistics hypothesis testing, and analysis of variance.

In this module of the online six sigma black belt training program, participants will learn and apply experiment planning, principles of design of experiments and response surface methodology, full/fractional factorial experiments, and the Taguchi method.

In this module of the online six sigma black belt training program, participants will learn and apply statistical process control concepts such as: statistical control, rational sub-grouping, and detection rules as well as the principles of lean manufacturing.
