What is Black Belt Six Sigma Certification ?Certification is formal recognition by RABQSA that an individual has demonstrated a proficiency within and a comprehension of a specified body of knowledge at a point in time. It is peer recognition and not registration or licensure. Global Quality Systems will award you a Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate of Completion in recognition of the comprehension and implementation skills of the RABQSA Black Belt Six Sigma body of knowledge. How do I achieve my Black Belt Six Sigma Certification ?1.- You will receive a Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner Diploma upon completion of the training portion of the Black Belt Six Sigma Certification program and pass all quizzes with an score higher than 80%. 2.- This will be evaluated by the Lean Six Sigma Certification review panel against the RABQSA competencies 3.- A detailed report on one project that the applicant has participated in as a Black Belt and that has delivered benefits to the organization. 4.- A detailed report of a second project that has delivered benefits to the organization and on which the applicant was a Black Belt. 5.- Delivery of Lean Six Sigma Training courses. 6.- Coaching & mentoring of project teams. 7.- Demonstrated competence in the use of advanced statistical tools 8.- Demonstrated competence in change management methods and techniques. 9. Confirmation from the organization that the stated benefits have been achieved. 10- Global Quality Systems will award you a Six Sigma Black Belt
