Does your group offer black belt six sigma training in any format ?We only offer the online black belt six sigma training in the self-paced format. Self-paced courses use multi-media content delivered on-demand that allows you complete scheduling flexibility. You will have access to dynamic interactive lectures, exercises, and quizzes at your own pace with virtual discussions with your moderator. Virtual class collaboration allows students to ask questions via email to the appropriate authority. There is no direct live communication. Back to Top
How does the practical learning side operate ?1.- You will receive a welcoming letter with a user name and password and instructions to login in the secure global quality systems distance learning site. 2.- You will receive the Six Sigma Memory Jogger II , the Six Sigma Black Belt Memory Jogger and ActivStats for Minitab and instructions how to read them prior to the appropriate sessions. 3.- The six sigma training program includes two case studies: John's Fast Food and the XYZ Motor Co. These case studies will provide simulated scenarios for service and manufacturing organizations. You will be hired by these virtual organizations to implement the six sigma methodology and tools to improve their business operations. 4.- When you complete the reading and exercises assignments for every module, you will receive instructions to access the quiz. There is one quiz for every module. 5.- If you pass the quiz with an score better than 70%, you will have access to the next module. Back to Top
What is the duration of the course ?There are five self-directed online six sigma training sessions and ten modules and exams that you will take in accordance with your own schedule. You will have up to six months to study each session. Back to Top
